Just a tiny smiley
Daily I wonder what I am actually seeing and sometimes I put my attention to it and try to solve my personal enigma’s. Today I discovered something I noticed quite some months ago: a smiley on the bottom of certain blogs. Every once and a while I am reading a blog and discover somewhere in the footer a tiny smiley.
The why to this turns out to be quite simple and can be found here. Basically a smiling face appears on WordPress-powered blogs and is used for web statistics (read more about this technique). Old technique just a new spin to it. One down, who knows how many to go.
