		<description>Interesting question. I think that self-actualization and high performance are related to each other: the more I love what I am doing the better I can perform. Sometimes though, it might just be the &quot;we-want-what-we-don&#039;t-have&quot;-effect, which makes us think that we would be better doing something different than what we learned.</description>
