Yesterday I bought a new Macbook Pro (13″) and — apart from installing the usual programs — my main aim was to start developing with Rails 3. It took me severals hours, but here we are.

Voor mijn werk ben ik bezig met het optimaliseren van een online bestelflow. Vaak helpt het om enkele voorbeelden te hebben om ideeën aan te toetsen: welke oplossingen lijken te werken, en welke juist niet.
De flow van de Nederlandse Spoorwegen zit zeer degelijk in elkaar. Vandaar dat ik screenshots van het online bestelproces op ns.nl achter elkaar heb gezet. Ik heb geprobeerd iedere stap enigszins te voorzien van commentaar. Maar ik ben benieuwd naar wat jullie vinden van het bestelproces.
